This misconduct from senior officers and enlisted seldom occurred during my career, this creates doubt as to our selection criteria. Seems the culture decline has permeated our military.

PO3 Bob McCord Note my caveat “seldom”. I will go even further and say I never saw this sort of conduct on submarines. Competence issues on occasion, but not the sort of behavior so common today.
