Green peace and the Greens are anti-Israel/pro-Palestinian ( I did a story on RP last week on this injustice) but Canada is also appointing extreme-left Government Advisors to put off limits oil pipelines and such...this is what is happening all over North America. We end up buying oil from Iran.

I thought we did? Canada is close by not one to send jihadists on planes. We now buy oil from Iran. Do we still buy from broke Venezuela? I think we do.

SMSgt Jesse Ohlsson - I never mentioned isolationism or isolating a particular country. The USA embraced isolationism despite the Monroe Doctrine until WWII. The Hermit Kingdom of North Korea is the only nation I know that has embraced isolationism to a large extent.
I know about 20 Iranians - Many attended the church I attend since the early 1990s and were Christian Iranians who like the Kurds and Jews a have been periodically persecuted in Iran.
Another man I met through a retired Navy Captain friend of mine about 20 years ago was an Iranian Naval Captain who was Muslim and was loyal to his nation of Iran but less so to the Ayatollah and the Mullahs.
Similarly I know many Chinese people and one adult son of friends of ours is a full time teacher at an international school in southern China.
Every human being has been created in the image of God and is worthy of respect.
While people are generally similar in terms of love for family and desire for the best for their loved ones, national leaders and system of government have their own interests which clash with other nations aspirations.
