President Obama on the Fatal Shootings of Alton Sterling and Philando Castile

First of all I send my condolences to the families of the fatal police shootings in Louisiana and Minnesota. It is down right disgusting what these cops did two these two men...one in Louisiana and one in Minnesota. These cops obviously had itchy trigger fingers and a perhaps a biased towards African Americans...It's not easy being a cop....and there is a lot of stress and pressure being a cop. They see a lot of bad things and many of these things are never reported...and sometimes it makes a few cops on edge and perhaps leary of certain races, but this by all means does not mean shootings like these two should ever happen. These two cops and the shootings should be investigated....

Okay, this being said I want to talk about Obama and his RACIST speech today....It's sneaky of him to mention reports on studies of African Americans and Hispanics VS white folks who are in prison and the differences in thier charges....What TICKED me off is he discected these reports and pick and chose what he wanted to say and didn't bother to share the whole reports, therefore making it seem like something totally different...making it seem like there is RACIAL discrimination when REALLY, there is not any....maybe some...but it's a very MINUTE number. By Obama choosing certain facts from a report to lead people to a certain conclusion is JUST SO WRONG...It is DISGUSTING!

He blames this on Racism and Racial disparity...according to a various wide ranges of studies....he says African American's are arrested twice as many as whites and so are Hispanics and they make up the majority of prisons... What he is not stating is twice as many Hispanics and African Americans commit crimes...over white/Asians or other races. What he does not state is the majority of these folks have a long criminal history that begins as juveniles and by the time they are adults and get arrested they get longer sentences.

I have first hand knowledge of this information since I have a kid who has been in out and of juvi...in and out of court and is locked up in prison...I've spent so much time in Juvi, court rooms, then adult jail and now prison......and I have learned a lot...more than I really have ever cared to know...but I'm a very inquisitive person, so I asked questions...I researched and read and investigated many of things regarding arrests and prison/jail and yes, different races....

It is NOT right or Fair for Obama to pick and choose bits and pieces of reports or studies to make it seem really bad for African American or Hispanics...and the REAL reasons they get longer sentences or the REAL reason why there are twice as many African Americans or Hispanics locked up than White or Asian or other races...which he never mentions the other races...only whites.

I've had the opportunity to speak to a few wardens and prison guards...many lawyers and other people to include a Federal Judge who all state that African American's and Hispanics commit more crime then other races....

So...for Obama to get up here and say these things is just making it WAY worse...and I feel he is race bating...Obama claims these studies show more blacks killed by cops....in 2015 the Washington Post USING FBI records concluded the following...which by the way refutes obama and his twisting of facts.
the Washington Post investigated every reported case of a fatal shooting by the police during 2015. It found 990 cases, with the following racial distribution of victims:

White: 50.0 percent (495 victims)

Black: 26.1 percent (258)

Hispanic: 17.4 percent (172)

Asian: 1.4 percent (14)

Other/Unknown: 5.2 percent (51)


If you do a search on this the ACLU and NAACP and HUFFINGTON posts articles come up and take over the first several pages and of course they are all reporting the same thing...but never in any of these articles do they offer where they get their numbers or statistics from.....Yet all of their numbers and accusations do not match that of the FBI or the DOJ or the Bureau of Justice Statistics....which I'm inclined to believe the Government over the Huffington Post, NAACP or ACLU any day.
In 2015 the DOJ came out with a study and showed and proved that 56% of all murders in the US from 2011-2013 were committed by Blacks...and more than half of those were Blacks killing blacks...then blacks killing hispanics, then blacks killing whites... the white folks usually kill white folks...very few white folks kills blacks and even less hispanics.

The DOJ also reported that more blacks are arrested for drug crimes...if you read the Huffington post or any number of studies that pop up in the first few pages on the internet, they all try to say it's unfair...it's un just that police target blacks and that there are three times more white folks but there are 3 times more blacks locked up... I believe the DOJ reports over the Hunffinton post and others that try to make this into something it's totally not, and therefore cause these riots and up roars and racism.

The DOJ also reported that there were TWICE as many White folks shot and killed by police officers than blacks...yet, if you listen to Obama or most of the news channels, they say completely the opposite. The DOJ reported that when a black is shot by police it is big news headlines, but when white is killed it never makes the news, therefore leading everyone to believe that it's a racist thing. I do not believe the DOJ is making this up...therefore, my conclusion that obama is a race baiter remains to me to be true.

He should have stuck to the two shootings and that Police jump the gun....and this sort of thing should not happen...blah blah blah....and I can say that these two shootings should not have happened...this I can agree to, but I must state that Police officers tend to be leary or down right afraid of more African American's and Hispanics because they have had more people of these two races who have committed more crimes and more of the worst kind of crimes...I am not saying it's right for the POLICE to have itchy trigger fingers...and this Bias of conscious or unconscious and have to be rooted out that Obama mentions may have some merit.......but Obama has never been a cop or worked in law enforcement....

He keeps going to "data shows black folks are more vulnerable to these kinds of incidences." Meaning cops shooting black folks...and I have to agree with this statement....It seems true that more black folks are shot by cops then any other race......but I totally DISAGREE with his assessment of GEE WHY are black and Hispanic folks arrested more often then White folk and why do they get longer sentences... come on Obama! be fair and share all of the information!

Without folks having more information about this issue......most folks listening to Obama, are going to believe him...they are not going to do the research themselves and find out...the real truth or the rest of the information that goes along with the report...and therefore speeches like this is going to stir up racial tension.....and speeches like this are going to stir up people and all kinds of other things can happen like Rioting...

President Obama gave this speech earlier on Thursday and OH MY GOD...Thursday night four or five or more black folks got together and started shooting police officers DOWNTOWN DALLAS at what seemed like a peaceful protest.

Okay, Okay, right now we do not have any idea why these folks shot 11 cops, of which FOUR have passed away and 2 remain in critical condition and may or may not make it and 7 more are wounded and in various conditions...BUT OH MY GOD...think about it...Obama gives a race bating speech and gives information that is NOT THE WHOLE truth...and this happens? 11 cops in Dallas...well 10 cops and 1 DART transit cop were shot and 4 killed...you don't think this has anything to do with the two cop shootings of black men ...one in Louisiana and one in Minnesota...this along with Obama's speech got this folks all riled up.

THIS CRAP needs to stop! Race bating needs to stop...COPS need to go through some sort of RIGOROUS training and maybe psychological training to help them deal with Fatal shootings by cops or certain races...Top minds should get together and figure this out and come up with a way to train cops to think differently or react differently and to USE tasers instead of their guns ..perhaps...

I FIND it appalling that Obama would INTENTIONALLY give a speech and twist it to suit his own needs and intentionally stir up the pot regarding races.

Figure 7 compares the percentage of arrests of blacks (average percentages from 2009 to 2013) to incarcerations of blacks. Total incarcerations are slightly higher than total arrests for some crimes, but for others they are lower. We cannot rule out justice system bias. However, the general concordance between arrest and incarceration rates suggests an absence of serious or systematic racial bias. Statistics that fail to distinguish between whites and Hispanics at the time of arrest mean it is not possible to make a similar comparison for Hispanics.
