Reservist killed; NV Guardsmen hurt in training crash

Thank you, my friend CW5 Jack Cardwell for making us aware that 97th Civil Affairs Battalion, 95th Civil Affairs Brigade (Special Operations) (Airborne) 34-year-old Staff Sgt. Jacob A. Hess of Belton, Missouri, was killed, and 12 others were wounded during a training incident at Fort Polk, Louisiana on May 15, 2019. He died of injuries sustained during training at the Joint Readiness Training Center.
Rest in peace Jacob A. Hess and prayers for his grieving family and friends.
