Saturday In The Park (Remastered)

Good Morning SP5 Mark Kuzinski It's currently 66 degrees here in Castle Rock, CO rainy this morning, cooler, and a there will be thunderstorms in the afternoon today. Here's the latest on the home building project Mark. We keep getting hit with big thunderstorms coming off the front range late in the afternoon, so they are getting some work done, but they've had to cut off early each day. We'll see what they get done today. Short overview: They got the last of the steel beams in to position over the garage and the got most of the remainig joists for the second floor into place - they half of the second floor put down yesterday, and moved a lot of lumber up top to start the framing of the second story, the roof peak lumber, HVAC ducking all arrived on the site yesterday as well. Last update Friday from my Building Supervisor is that the framing will be complted by next Friday and then they will start on the plumbing, electric, and HVAC placement in the framing, so they can move onto the dry wall/sheet rocking.
