Good morning Col Burroughs and Posse and happy hump day. We have sunshine but there is a storm system apparently headed our way. Got to be ready for anything.
I do something called "motivational interviewing" with clients. What is that? It's a way to determine how ready a person is to make the change he or she claims they want to see happen in their life. If you are not ready to do something you won't or you will fail at execution regardless of what you say you want. Success comes to those who are prepared and ready to grasp the opportunity.

I am beyond grateful that YOU are incomplete control of all that we go through in life. YOU use everything we go through individually and corporately to bless us in YOUR perfect timing through YOUR perfect methods. YOU know what we need and YOU ensure we each receive what we need including admonishment and discipline. ‘And he who searches hearts knows what is the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints according to the will of God. No doubt you comprehend that the LORD’s sanctification of YOUR soul prepares you spiritually for what will befall you. I hope and pray that you and I place our trust in the LORD, submit our will to HIM and be grateful for HIS love for each of us. I lift each and every one of YOUR adopted sons and daughters who are nervous, anxious, or fearful about the near to mid term future for themselves and their loved ones. Remember the LORD is in complete control of all creation. Those who place their trust in human government are foolish, whether or not the government is trustworthy or corrupt or a mixture as usually is the case. ‘Now I know that the LORD saves his anointed; he will answer him from his holy heaven with the saving might of his right hand. Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the LORD our God. They collapse and fall, but we rise and stand upright. [Psalm 20:6-8 ESV]
I thank YOU LORD for sanctifying the soul of each of us. YOU guide us step by step throughout our life on this earth. You prepare us through challenges and trials as YOU mature us in YOUR perfect timing. YOUR selfless and sacrificial love for each of us is beyond wonderful to experience. 'For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.' [Ephesians 2:10 ESV]
I am beyond grateful that YOU are incomplete control of all that we go through in life. YOU use everything we go through individually and corporately to bless us in YOUR perfect timing through YOUR perfect methods. YOU know what we need and YOU ensure we each receive what we need including admonishment and discipline. ‘And he who searches hearts knows what is the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints according to the will of God. And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.’ [Romans 8:27-28 ESV]
By YOUR grace, YOU admonish each of through YOUR Word. 'But, as it is written, “What no eye has seen, nor ear heard, nor the heart of man imagined, what God has prepared for those who love him”— these things God has revealed to us through the Spirit. For the Spirit searches everything, even the depths of God.' [1 Corinthians 2:9-10 ESV]
I pray that you and your family members sleep well Wednesday night and will awake refreshed and healthy on Thursday morning.
