**Day 7 – Costa Rica – up early every morning here at Casa Buendia Puntarenas Province, Costa Rica – had another great day with a great time at the beach (new beach) with caverns (see pictures below) and we got some serious waves in the ocean with the ‘boogie boards’ and then a great lunch. Helped move in Steve’s daughter and boyfriend into Cortes. Finished the night off with an awesome dinner – Pura Vida**

Good Thursday morning Col Burroughs and Posse. I love the pictures from Costa Rica and I am sorry we had to cancel our planned trip there last year due to the Costa Rica quarantine.
If you believe in yourself you can do almost anything but if you allow the doubts of others to control you and to limit your options you will never get where you want to be. I remember when I made the decision to enter the service. I was the first woman in my family to do so and honestly no one believed I could do it but I believed in myself. And I was successful. My parents came to my graduation and commissioning ceremony and admitted that they were sure I would have given up; I knew I could do it if I ignored the voices that were full of doubt. What have you accomplished because you were strong enough to believe in yourself?
