Good morning Col Burroughs and Posse. I was so impressed by last night's VFV board meeting and all the new ideas that are being generated. Great out of the box thinking to help those impacted by TBI and/or PTSD. I really think we can make a difference.
One of the ways to innovate is to look beyond your own company or industry. The military does this, not always quickly enough but we do eventually get there. I remember how long it took us to put bar codes on our supplies so they could be tracked all the way from vendor to reciept at base supply and then out to our customers. What a huge difference it made and now we can't imagine doing it any other way. And now we are looking to expand what we are doing with drones based on new technology and the ideas of both our troops and the research teams. Innovation is the only way we can stay competitive especially with China and Russia as rival powers.

I pray for sufficient humility and sufficient fruit of the Spirit kindness, faithfulness, and self-control for each of YOUR adopted sons and daughters who read this prayer. YOU have blessed each of us with talents and YOU work through our weaknesses as well to bless others through us. By YOUR grace, YOU replenish the fruit within our soul as it is used by YOU for YOUR purpose and glory. I pray that each of us lean on YOU for wisdom and support as we trust YOUR guidance in our daily walk of faith. YOU are our ever-present help Holy Spirit as YOU dwell with the soul of each adopted child of God. ‘Likewise, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. I lift entrepreneurs, manufacturers, inventors, authors, artists and parents to YOU LORD. I am grateful that YOU inspire individuals to manufacture, build, write, invent and parents to train up their children in the admonition of the LORD. I pray that YOU bless each with sufficient knowledge, skill, innovation, and a measure of humility as they work to bless others through their works. Thank YOU, LORD for creating the soul of each of us in YOUR perfect image. Since the fall of man & woman in the garden, the soul of mankind has been marred with sin. By YOUR grace YOU elected each of YOUR adopted sons and daughters before time began. In the fullness of time, YOU sovereignly regenerate the soul of each elect and our soul is reborn. By YOUR grace YOU lead us through our reborn life and motivate us to work on behalf of others. 'For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.’ Ephesians 2:10 ESV].
Thank YOU, LORD for justifying each of YOUR adopted children at our salvation. YOU cleansing us from sin and the judgement for sin fulfills the WORD YOU gave to the prophet Isaiah ‘Yet it was the will of the LORD to crush him; he has put him to grief; when his soul makes an offering for guilt, he shall see his offspring; he shall prolong his days; the will of the LORD shall prosper in his hand. Out of the anguish of his soul he shall see and be satisfied; by his knowledge shall the righteous one, my servant, make many to be accounted righteous, and he shall bear their iniquities.’ [Isaiah 53:10-11 ESV]
