Where the mighty American Bald Eagles roam in the mighty MOUNTAINS OF CASTLE ROCK, COLORADO AMONG THIER EAGLES-NEST. I know the view must be MAGNIFICIENT on April 7, 2019 as you glance upon the snow-capped mountains. It is morning 9:45 A.M. Good morning COL Mikel J. Burroughs and happy Sunday from partly sunny Northern VA.
I work hard to be an upbeat and happy person. It isn't something that comes naturally to me but like a lot of other things, after a while it becomes a habit and a way of looking at the world. Wherever the Red Cross sends me I think, even if I can't fix the situation for someone, I can find a way to brighten their day a bit. And so often that works. "When you can't find the sunshine, be the sunshine" ~Anon
So, how can you bring sunshine into your life or the life of someone who needs a few rays in their day? Can you smile? Buy a cup of coffee/tea for someone? Welcome someone to your house of worship? The opportunities are endless.

I believe I have secured a retail location for my Boating operation....
I have lots of planning to do now. What is going and what is staying.....
Sold an engine yesterday too...Heck of a day!
Man cannot live on bread alone....!
