Good morning Col Burroughs and safe ride. Posse, remember to wear RED.
Humans do not like uncertainty. I know that life and the Lord throw curve balls on a regular basis and yet, I find myself "off balance" often enough. This is why people ask questions that are perceived as inappropriate such as did you smoke to someone who has lung disease or did you skip your cancer screenings? We like for things to be certain, to be predictable even if they are uncontrollable. But they are not and those who believe they are become less than successful leaders. This is why people do things that are not good for them and make choices that are not either.
