Thank you for sharing SrA John Monette Tom Clay talking with a young person while images of the Vietnam War and JFK, Lee Harvey Oswald, MLK, and Bobby Kennedy before and after they were killed. In the background, some group is covering primarily an instrumental version of What The World Needs Now and Abraham, Martin and John.

Young children may not understand what words indicate. Watch any elementary school playground an you will see cruelty, stigmatization, children being ostracized on the one hand and children playing well together with compassion and laughter on the other.
As each parent generally knows, children are born with no sense of morality other than what they want is RIGHT and everything else isn't.
Children need to be taught what is right and disciplined when they deliberately do wrong. Discipline needs to fit the offense of course.

God was neither shocked nor disturbed when JFK, MLK and Bobby Kennedy or even Lee Harvey Oswald were gunned down. HE knows the ends and the beginning of each life and HE knows the outworking of sin. The only hope for individuals is in Christ.
I expect that Martin Luther King knew God before he was killed and Bobby Kennedy may have. It would only be by God's grace if the other two had genuine faith before they were killed.
