Leave these people in the service, at least they had the backbone to join, when so called normal people set back and give all sorts of goofy reasons why they couldn't even join the reserves, let alone the active service.

Okay PO1 Tony Holland. For those transgender service members who are already serving, cutting the recruiting goal for transgender folks is a good step. Now the concentration can be on (1) how best to meet the DoD and Military Service mission requirements (2) while taking care of each service member - including transgender service members.
I trust the judgment of Secretary of Department of Defense Jim Mattis who has been charged with developing a comprehensive policy for those transgender service members currently serving and I expect in the military training pipelines from the various training bases including the military academies and Us Coast Guard.
I expect the resulting policy will be released by the end of the calendar year will be fair and just for individuals.

PFC Lisa McDonald - did you mean to write "illegal human experiment" in your lead sentence?
The Disabilities Act was focused on protecting those with disabilities from discrimination.
Ironically I was terminated based on my service-connected disabilities in the summer of 2013 as the Affordable Care Act was being implemented. I had no recourse at that point even though i was terminated in large part because of my disabilities. That happened to many in the area I live.
The disabilities act of 1990 states that the human conditions you mentioned which are listed "transvestism, transsexualism, pedophilia, exhibitionism, voyeurism, gender identity disorders not resulting from physical impairments, or other sexual behavior disorders" shall not be considered as disabilities for the purpose of that act.
back to the 1990 Disabilities Act
"SEC. 511. DEFINITIONS.
(a) HOMOSEXUALITY AND BISEXUALITY- For purposes of the definition of `disability' in section 3(2), homosexuality and bisexuality are not impairments and as such are not disabilities under this Act.
(b) CERTAIN CONDITIONS- Under this Act, the term `disability' shall not include--
(1) transvestism, transsexualism, pedophilia, exhibitionism, voyeurism, gender identity disorders not resulting from physical impairments, or other sexual behavior disorders;
(2) compulsive gambling, kleptomania, or pyromania; or
(3) psychoactive substance use disorders resulting from current illegal use of drugs."

LTC Stephen Ford what you posted is correct.
Now ask yourself this if by the ADA all those groups listed are not disabled how is the lgbt and in this case specifically "transgender" not illegal human experimentation?
If someone is not disabled professionals have no ethical or legal right to make social or political decisions for someone.
"Transgender" as a group and a word was not even recognized by any major gay community group. In 1990 there was no such thing as an "LGBT."
I have documentation sent to me by the new York LGBT Center in 1993. At that time they were floating the T meaning transsexual. I believe they got in trouble for it because transsexual is a medical term and it violated patient rights.
I would argue today the lgbt still violates patient rights and is blatantly sex discriminatory and unconstitutional.
Unlike lgbt activist who aided in the discrimination I am fighting for individual rights.

PFC Lisa McDonald - technically I think that currently cloning human beings especially for organ harvesting is definitely illegal human experimentation.
Gender reassignment surgery does not meet the requirement for illegal human experimentation at least in this nation because some surgeons are licensed to perform the surgery.
As far as legal recourse for those who are transsexual:
1. the prime point I would make is that the ADA could not be used as a legal standing for anybody who is going to be terminated from employment because they fit into one or more of the following "transvestism, transsexualism, pedophilia, exhibitionism, voyeurism, gender identity disorders not resulting from physical impairments, or other sexual behavior disorders; compulsive gambling, kleptomania, or pyromania; or psychoactive substance use disorders resulting from current illegal use of drugs."
2. There well be other statues which could be used but ADA won't apply.
3. I do not expect that DoD will terminate each and every currently serving transsexual service member once the policy is finalized. I expect the majority will be authorized and encouraged to stay on until retirement which could include early retirement when that is in force.

I believe you are missing my point LTC Stephen Ford.
I am stating from the second the ADA was signed professionals were legally barred from experimenting on homosexuals, bisexuals, transsexuals, and transvestites without their individual consent.
U.S human experimentation law expressly states the second you "include" someone in a group without their individual you are in effect experimenting on them.
Professionals had no ethical or legal right to create the lgbt and a system of preferred homo and tranny status. I am saying their is no legal right to call me transgender and their never has been.
I am also saying in writing lgbt labels into law and publicly supporting both Presidents Obama and Trump violated their constitutional oath.
I am seeking redress by making this public knowledge. No elected official should be using lgbt language or promoting it.
