Thanks for sharing the good news that the coalition of Kurdish and Arab fighters in the Syria Democratic Forces [SDF], with the support of U.S., French and British special forces, have driven ISIS from dozens of villages and farms in recent days and are now about 5 kilometers (3 miles) from the Euphrates Dam SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL.
Kudos to the SDF.
Hopefully they will be successful in encircling and eventually retaking Raqqa, the de facto capital of the ISIS's self-declared caliphate. I also hope that as more success is achieved in Syria, the oppressed Syrians will rise up against ISIS members and kill or capture them.
