Hello Lansing, MI... in case you missed it, VFV has launched a 22/22 month, here in Sep. This is labor day, 4 Sep and we are on day 4 of our 22 days of 22 pushups and 22 situps, in preparation for our 22 mile bicycle ride on 23 Sep!
