Personally SPC Britanny *Winnie* Balthaser I am glad that the USA Justice Department
sanctioned Wells Fargo & Co. for improperly repossessing 413 cars owned by members of the military which are violations of Servicemembers Civil Relief Act.
It seems like good news that Wells Fargo agreed to pay more than $4 million to compensate borrowers involved in unlawful repossessions spread over seven years.
It is interesting that the bank’s regulator, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, also fined Wells Fargo $20 million for a decade of transgressions. I hope the bulk of those fines will benefit those individuals who were victims of Wells Fargo transgressions as opposed to going into the US government coffers.

SPC Britanny *Winnie* Balthaser, To have such a well known frontier name, and them being the bank robbers, they ought to be fined enough to put them completely out of business. We used to use them but they were such "A" holes to us when we had a problem. Someone needs to go to Federal prison.

I once had a finance company threaten to repo my car while stationed in Hawaii despite the fact that I was not in arrears. (It was their bookkeeping error) I told them to go ahead. I would happily sue them once they had and I needed the extra money. On a more serious note, this is another one of those cases that makes me happy I now deal only with USAA. You may bet a better rate somewhere else, but you'll never get better service
