Demonstrates the definition of a country at war. Today, we have generations who are and have fought in the same war (s) but for different reasons. Duration and fighting idealology. Some of my deployment buddies have retired and our sons are in the military and have deployed. We keep plugging along because we are professionals and that is what we do.

Remember rummaging around in the attic when I was a kid and finding food and gasoline coupons in a footlocker. My grandmother worked at Pratt & Whitney Aircraft and was told she got extra gas coupons because of that.

Only things that my grandfather needed was the gasoline, he raised everything needed to feed his family on the farm.

That is so true about quite a few families that lived in Rural America. Thanks David.
