22 States Join Lawsuit Urging Federal Court to Rule Against California's Large-Capacity Gun...

Wilson, Ph.D. for posting the perspective from epochtimes.com contributing author Jack Phillips "A coalition of 22 states led by Republican attorneys general has called on the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals to rule against California’s attempt to ban gun magazines that hold more than 10 bullets.'
Based on the 9th Circuit ruling against open and closed carry, it would be great of they rule against California over 10 round magazines, but I would be surprised if they did.

Hopefully the US Supreme Court will accept this case and rue in favor of open carry with permit as well as closed carry

We need to put this issue to bed, once and for all. The Constitution limits the power of government to the maximum freedom of individuals, the point of the bill of rights. We seem to have lost sight of that key fact.
