Yes indeed cats, rats, mice, dogs, and many other animals sleep anywhere my friend Lt Col Charlie Brown
When I was young, I slept on the flat area behind the rear seat of the family Plymouth sedan before seat belts were mandatory or even available in rear seats [in some cases].
I have slept on bales of concertina in back of a five-ton dump-truck [1975]; in foxholes; on concrete; on asphalt; on flat rocks, on grass, under snow, in closets [Grateful Dead concert at U MASS Amherst in 1979], in jeeps, armored personnel carriers, jump seats in aircraft and so many other places like most soldiers. :-)
When I was young and healthy i could sleep anywhere and at anytime especially after multiple days of duty :-)
Now that I am older i nee a comfortable bed but can sleep in a SUV or chair if necessary :-)
Thank you for mentioning me

SLEEPY SOLDIERS.

It seems they can sleep at any time or place, always amuses me to see them play in an empty paper bag or a box.

SPC Mark Huddleston - I've seen videos of that. Very funny when someone else's cat is in it. Not sure I could do that to mine
