Nice work. I don't envy you. We've had contractor(s) since May. He's on a vacation now, but we did a partial make-over on 2600 sq. ft. Due to amphibious ops from a toilet supply line before reveille. Even 300 gals can make a mess. Thanks for insurance.

CWO3 (Join to see) I hope to never have to go through this again but my daughter is looking at a house and said, "Dad, if I get this house..." How so you turn your children down?!

Great share. We remodeled two bathrooms. The tile on the floor and around around the bath tube and shower were set in a 3 inch bed of motor. We had to replace all the Sid flooring in our bathrooms. The only way to get the tile and mortar beds out was to cut them out with skill saw and diamond saw blade. Talk about making a mess.

Nice job!

We've done similar after discovering an original construction defect *after* all warranties were expired. :o

Ended up with a much better shower - turned a 1 person into a 2 person shower, complete walk in with no need for a door. Now, someone else owns that house back in Colorado as we opted to move to FL for my wife's health. Best move ever.

I am getting used to Florida for the last 2.5 years now. :)
Wife was able to drop every pain killer she was living on once we got here. She was taking 3 different opioids (at the same time) the last few years in Colorado. It has been an absolute blessing here for her.
