Does anyone have confirmation of the AMEDD Direct Commissioning (AOC: 71A Microbiologist. Active Duty) selection board date change?

I am trying to apply for AMEDD Direct Commissioning (AOC: 71A Microbiologist. Active Duty). I have put together my application but couldn't submit on time for the 7th August 2018 board. I heard from my recruiter that the Aug board is being pushed to mid-October. But still waiting for official confirmation. Does anyone else hear about the change?

This is an exercise in persistence and perseverance. If your AMEDD recruiter doesn't know then see their boss. Avoid the rumour mill.
