"Hey, High Speed!" For all our High Speed members out there, especially those tied to the Army! I'm experimenting with a funny, new quiz system -- and since there has been so much anguish and debate on RP over time about AR 670-1, I've put together this awesome short quiz to test even the smartest regs folks among all of us.

If you are a Senior NCO, you better get a better score than everyone else on here! Results will be entirely anonymous this time, unless you choose to write your score in the thread.

In the thread here, tag Army folks to call them out and test them on what they know! I'll start the tagging below.

Also, if you are non-Army, you should totally take this quiz anyway, because if you get a higher score than an Army SM, you have bragging rights forever!

10 questions to see who is most high speed...GO!

Here's the quiz link: https://www.rallypoint.com/static_pages/670-1quiz

I got 7 out of ten, some were very obscure and I never had to deal with them before.

Fun quiz! I didn't do so well.. and I'll leave it at that, but seeing as how I've been retired for over 8 years and other than reading a few of the discussions on the more controversial issues with the new standards I'm not up on the latest and greatest with 670-1 (AR or DA Pam). I didn't expect to ace it! LOL!

I scored 6/10. I felt like that wasn't all that bad for a guy who has been out for 20 years. I missed the Vietnamese EOD Badge question and most of the female specific questions. I'm an Infantry guy...let's face it, I didn't know much about female standards then either.

I got 9 out of 10. I guess reading the AR 670-1 on a regular basis is good for something.

1stSgt Nolan, I'd have to disagree with AFI 36-2903 paragraphs 3.2 and 6.3.1.1. There's no *need* for women to wear single color nail polish or earrings in a "battle" dress uniform. In the Army, we don't particularly care for our female Soldiers to detract from the Combat Uniform by wearing pretties and shinies.

CMSgt James Nolan I think it should be matte finish in any of the uniform matching colors - good for the office or the field.

I disagree. I NEED to wear nail polish in uniform. Since the Army won't let me, I just wear it on my pretty little toes.

7 out of 10, not bad considering I haven't been in service since 1998
