SPC P K - I know on the active duty side of the house we can use the VMIS (Volunteer Management Information System.  You can find it on Army One Source.  Not sure if you can use it for the guard/reserves.  (assuming that because you stated State JFHQ)

Beat me to it, sir. Army OneSource is the place to go for tracking hours as well as additional Volunteer information.

SPC P.K., look at the top right of the webpage and click on the "Volunteer Tools" link. Once there, just follow the different paths it offers, depending on what you want to do.

Yes, VMIS would be the way to go and if the place your are volunteering has a log sheet that would be benenficial as well.
