TSgt Steve Waide These bad boys could land just about anywhere. I remember some really close encounters with tree tops taking off and landing on airstrips in South America that were less than the prescribed length. Alos remember some nice counter charges being fires off after a hard right bank when we got painted one time - awesome aircraft and they've been around since Christ was a private - no disrespect intended!

You are correct TSgt Joe C.. They retired the H models right after they split them up and moved some of the U models out to Cannon, NM. I have not seen the newest ones, the J and W but I hear they are more sophisticated than their older sisters.
