LTC Stephen C. Don't understand the problem you're having with the site because I've been a member since it started and never had any problems. Nothing in the profiles can be changed except by the registered user. I've recommended that site to many others for their particular force.

I'd like to say you're correct, SN (Join to see), but unfortunately that has simply not been my situation. TWS will update their units, thinking it's the right thing for the majority of users. It's populates down to a unilateral change in my profile. It's happened four or five times. In many instances, I'm simply unable to return my profile to it's original configuration because the unit I originally had used has been removed.
I had everything in chronological order in the Unit Assignments section. A few were unilaterally pulled out and put in the Enlisted/Officer Basic Training section. When that's done the SSI no longer appears in the profile or in the Timeline. Much of the narrative I had included by assignment was lost. Some of my MOSs were unilaterally changed also.
I sent a detailed explanation to one of the senior admins and complained about what was occurring. Nothing was restored, and he doesn't even want to correspond with me any longer.
I've made numerous suggestions, such as placing a date for tabs (SF, Ranger, etc.), so they'll appear in the Timeline. Any changes made? Nope. I made a suggestion that suffixes be placed in the MOS selection to denote parachutist, SF, Ranger, etc. Were they implemented? Nope.
I was unilaterally charged for an annual renewal without my approval. I asked why. I got my money back and was then renewed , but I still never got any explanation.
I've become so disenchanted with all of this, that I rarely go to TWS any longer. Almost every time I do, I'll see "New" in the Unit Assignment section denoting another unilateral change that TWS made that affected my profile.
