It is ironic... Wayne... Let's not forget a few months ago they were at U.C Berkeley burning cars, destroying buildings and preventing speakers from exercising their 1st amendment rights just because they didn't like what they were going to say.

FYI CPT (Join to see) last week I signed the petition to the White House to "Formally recognize AntiFa as a terrorist organization" on August 20 - by then it had garnered 197,000 signatures in 3 days. The requirement is 100,000 signatures in 30 days - each signature must be verified
I certainly believe that AntiFa should be designated as a terrorist organization.
I also think the Ku Klux Klan should be considered to be designated as a terrorist organization.

BLM is a terrorist group as well. Mainstream media is fascist propaganda. The KKK is a terrorist group started by the Democrats. I personally thought the KKK was dead. Read online that there are deep state operatives that have infiltrated and possibly incited the KKK. Jason Kessler, the Unite the Right organizer was an Obama supporter, and even voted for Hillary; then after she lost the election, he switched to the right. Didn't that whole protest smack of photo op to you on Friday night? Marching in their matching khakis pants; all carrying their George Soros funded tiki torches. No violence that night. The left brought the violence the next day, which was first tweeted out by a guy on the right, who as it turns out, worked for Hillary, and still works in government. Most government employees that I know would never join such an organization. There are also reports of KKK and Antifa/BLM protesters arriving on the same charter buses, as well as protesters admitting to being paid. Rent A Crowd.com also states on their websites that they provided crowd actors for Hillary's campaign. One video showing the Alt Right leader talking, and he expresses shock at having such a big turn out. America has over 325 million people, and if all the Alt Right can get together are a few dozen kakhi wearing introverts, I would say that we are doing pretty good as a country.

The KKK is pretty much dead. Historically, the KKK died many years ago. Now it is estimated there are around 46 different KKK groups. They survive by affiliating themselves with neo-nazi groups, aryan brotherhood groups and the like. The legal issue... a Terrorist act, to create a terrorist group has to commit acts of violence or intimidation in order to control a people or overthrow a government (simplistic). The KKK has not openly existed to commit violent acts that can be directly attributed to them for years. It would be like saying "all white racists are terrorists". As hateful and off nsive as they are, could they fulfill the statutory requirements of a terrorist organization today? An interesting question!

Anti-Fa are nascent fascists. That's obvious. They believe that violence is justified to combat all who oppose them ideologically. That's very fascist (as practiced by both the Italian and German fascists prior to WWII). However, their use of violence has not yet risen to a level that could be classified as terrorism. (I'm not sure they will ever have the moxy - I'm putting that in polite terms - to be true terrorists.) If and when they do, they'll be terrorists whether or not anyone cares to classify them as such. Until then, we'll have to put up with their shenanigans. Treat them as criminals when they act criminally.

SSG(P) (Join to see) - I cannot disagree. I only question the level of "danger to human life". Waltzing around in a tacky brown shirt with a swastika on your arm no more makes you a "Nazi" than does wearing a balaclava and chanting inane slogans makes them terrorists. These wusses are more of a danger to themselves and their lack of discernible sentient thought makes me question their humanity.

CPT Jack Durish - When they bash people over the heads with improvised clubs or actual weapons, that is dangerous to human life. When I worked as a Corrections Officer, a prisoner getting within arm's reach was considered "assault." throwing feces or urine was also considered assault. Thus, throwing balloons filled with either is also dangerous, as no one knows if any of these miscreants is HIV positive, or infected with any other contagious disease or illness. There are plenty of examples, both on video and still photos of these idiots assaulting people with whom they disagree.

New Jersey's Department of Homeland Security has already declared ANTIFA to be a Domestic Terror group. I am wondering why other states have not followed suit.

SSG(P) (Join to see) - It is the behavior that you describe that inspire me to describe them as "nascent fascists". However, it is the appearance that the majority of them are wusses along for the ride that tempers my decision to proclaim them as a terrorists organization. With each passing day I see more and more evidence that they will become such. However, until then, I think we should allow them the opportunity to come to their senses and opt out, otherwise we are compelling them to complete the journey that the Left has set them upon.
