This is the most indepth I've seen on this - and I don't care what him and his wife's past history in court has been. How anyone could say those boys weren't abused is mind boggling. No matter what - those innocent children have to suffer forever. If you read their past court cases this guy and his wife should have never gotten married and never had kids. In fact, in one court case it says how he said he didn't want kids but then they decided to try to see if it would help their marriage. Worst thing ever is to have kids to "save" a relationship.
This is why commanders shouldn't be in charge of these decisions. It needs to be someone with experience prosecuting. I really hope he doesn't get custody...
