So I recall someone telling me that the Rand study that showed transgender services don't cost much at all of the DoD health budget was invalid because it was done to "suit" the DoD's "agenda."

So how then does this Rand study "suit" the DoD agenda? I don't think they wanted people to know that they're not adequately helping suicidal troops. Just wondering how one study is invalid and another isn't.
