Good morning COL Mikel J. Burroughs and what an amazing topic for the last Monday in Feb.
Don't give up. Victory comes to those who keep fighting. Just this morning, I won a small victory with a company I had sent a payment to but they had failed to record it. This has been going on since early January and I finally got a letter from the bank and a supervisor who admitted the error was theirs and now things have been resolved. If you are determined, there is usually a path to victory; in this case it took many phone calls and emails but it finally has been fixed. Every day brings opportunities for victory. Don't forget to celebrate them!
