Trial opens for Marine veteran, ex-cop charged in Capitol riot

Body camera video captured a “rage-filled” retired police officer attacking one of the outnumbered police officers trying to hold off a mob of rioters who stormed the U.S. Capitol, a federal prosecutor told jurors Tuesday.
But a defense attorney said another video from a different angle shows that former New York City police officer and Marine Corps veteran Thomas Webster acted in self-defense after a Metropolitan Police Department officer punched him first.

I'm waiting to see all the hoopla over the Antifa riots. You know...the ones with billions of dollars in damage done to a bunch of cities? I'm sure the news will be covering those very soon like they do with these.

During the 4 years of Trump's presidency, the Democrats tried repeatedly to overthrow the duly elected President. Hell, you have democrats calling for his impeachment before he was even sworn in.
I'm pretty much always an open mind. So, if you want to convince me that Jan 6 was worse than 4 years of democrats lying about Trump, you're going to have to try a whole lot harder.
