Amazing. Typical Left - when the Supreme Court examines a decision before them and renders a decision that they agree with, it's as it should be. When they do the same but render s decision that they don't agree with, then it's time to burn the Court down or pack it with Liberal Judges that won't let that "Constitution thing" interfere with Social Justice.

So to all the Outrage Warriors, please tell me HOW the decisions are unconstitutional. Not the talking point about how it's unfair to so-and-so or hypotheticals about how someone's feelings will be hurt. Tell me how it is unconstitutional.

As SPC David S. pointed out, Biden was quick to throw out that the Court was wrong on it's interpretation of what the Constitution said. Ok Joe - HOW did they get it wrong? That would have been a great follow-up question to his comment.

For the recent First Amendment guarantee of free expression, I wonder what the Left's view would be if some nut-job racial extremist group like the KKK contacted a Black-owned web designer and wanted them to custom make a new Klan website for them. I'm positive that the majority of the Right would be with the Left in saying that the First Amendment protects that designer from having to express opinions not their own in the artistic creation process and that the government shouldn't require them to tacitly support their words.

But, maybe not. After all, they said that it was a blow to anti-discrimination laws that require all businesses to provide their products and services to all comers. Personally, I think it's despicable of the Left to force that Black business owner to 'artistically spout' that hateful rhetoric of the KKK, but at least the Left has their warped principles they can stand on! Either that or they are the normal hypocrites they usually are and only want those "Constitutional Guarantees" to apply to when it suits their purpose.

Let's not forget how they helped Foster Anarchy in 2020 and got away with it.

The new Democrats in name only of the left have brought the US to the brink all in the name of getting rid of President Trump and then trying to impeach him on stuff that was paid for by the DNC.

Now that the judge has warned Democrats in the White House and in the Deep state to sftu, they get upset and blame Republicans when they were the ones that started most of the controversy to begin with themselves.

Certain part of the government are still stonewalling the investigations that may lead to an impeachment of President Biden.

The opinion of the judge I'm sure disappointed a lot of Democrats who are crazy angry anyway unless we all do what they say.

Things that are not helping the SCOTUS - One of the President's main responsibilities is to protect the Constitution. When that falls short it passes the buck on to the court to overturn things. It does not help that when this is done, the President blames the court without further explanation that his actions where unconstitutional. In the case of student loans Biden said the court misinterpreted the Constitution when in fact it was whoever in Biden's administration (more likely DNC) got it wrong. He failed to explain that he knew there where issues with "his" plan and knew it was going to be challenged but pushed for it anyway just to get votes. He instead stated that its all the courts fault and the only way to fix the court is to pack it (turn it into a political arm) which again is wrong as that is exactly the opposite the court was created and far from its intended purpose. Its this sort of soft smear campaign that's hurting the reputation of the court. Maybe if the President did his job in protecting the constitution the court wouldn't have to Joe's job for him. However glad Justice Roberts has the integrity and is motivated in protecting the court.

IF Sleepy Joe would in fact be able to do his job, in an appropriate manner, but that is not the DNC way. They'd rather promise people all sorts of things to essentially buy their vote then renege and blame someone else.

Well the courts approval rating may be plummeting becasue they are finally doing their job...going by the constitution which all of them swore they woud do if appointed. Now for the ratings...depends on what and who is polled. If yo upoll only left leaning voters you will get the answer you have show. If you poll right leaning voters you will get the opposite...most polls are structured to get the answers for whoever is paying for the poll so I don't get wrapped up in it unless four different polls from four different viewpoints are within a few percentage points of each other...then I might pay attention. IMHO, the SCOTUS is doing what they aere hired to do...read and interpret the Constitution as written instead of legislating from the bench!

See the pseudo-literate are trying to prop up what he sees as the only legitimate Justices on the Supreme Court (those that agree with him). Funny how the far-left zealots never call out the judicial activists when they do overreach, but why would they? Hypocrisy is a way of life for them.

The state's supreme courts should be required to review their standards concerning their constitutions as well.
