I thought the 14th Amendment thing had already been put to bed. Apparently not the case here. No matter how the CO turns out, there will be appeals, until SCOTUS has it's say. I can only hope that it moves through the system in a timely manner.

It's interesting how democrats take a Civil War. Statute and try to turn it into something that President Trump is not guilty of but yet democrats weren't citing and aiding in the betting, not to mention even paying for the bail of those put in jail like stupid VP Kamela Harris.
