I'm one of those who hasn't voted for electric cars so far. Lots of them showing up in our area so I've been able to get close up views in parking lots. At best they are the econo-box vehicles of a few decades ago, despite thir hair raising sticker prices. That said, China is looking at the European market where small vehicles are a fact of life, not the US market. They are already a domestic EV technology and sales leaders because an EV makes way more sense in their country over internal combustion vehicles. That dominance there makes the European market the next logical step given the commonality in vehicle sizes. The seeming floundering of EV trucks in the US makes me wonder if we will ever see EVs in the size that the American market wants.

It actually is both. But president viden is the biggest threat because we didn't mandate by congressional action the phasing out of Eternal combustion engine, Coal-fired power plants, Natural gas and other convenience items that republicans are fighting to stop from being phased out and President Biden said that he wouldn't be raising taxes on those making less than a 100 grand but everything we buy and our electrical rates. Keep going up thanks to green stupid agenda. That will be really curtailed out for we have a new Republican President and a Congress that Isn't afraid to stand up to the left.
