looks Like the Congress Critters and The BHO Regime has been over Stepping their Authority and getting in the way...
Maybe they can get something done If they Stay in the Capitol a little more often ...

Thanks for sharing SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL Micromanagers were devastating in the Vietnam War and have been caused significant problems wherever they reared their ugly heads.
Hopefully micromanagement will not be tolerated in the upcoming Donald Trump administration.
Thankfully Congressman Duncan Hunter stood up for U.S. Army Major Golsteyn who was assigned to the 3rd Special Forces Group when he killed a known Afghan bomb maker in 2010 by acting outside the rules of engagement. The bomb maker was responsible for the death of at least two U.S. Marines supporting the fight in Marjah, Afghanistan, when conditions there were at their worst.
In 2011 the Army bureaucracy alleged that in 2010 he killed the known Afghan bomb maker by acting outside the rules of engagement.
This case reminded me of when the military bureaucracy went after Special Forces soldiers who went after a Afghani security officer who was sodomizing boys against their will. The line of reasoning by the bureaucrats was that was normative practice in Afghanistan.
