Going to a Justice's house and harassing and DIRECTLY threatening them: Not a crime
Setting up and publicizing legal aid funds for crimes BEFORW THEY ARE COMMITTED and actively encouraging arson, vandalism and looting: Not a crime
Going on national news and telling people to riot: Not a crime.
Shooting a non-hostile armed defender: Not a crime.
Pointing a gun in the face of someone who tripped while fleeing: Not a crime.
Stating online that someone, with no spicification of who, should at some point, with no specification of when, should commit a crime, with no specification of how: crime worthy of extra-judicial execution.
Ain't freedom grand?
