Army expects to PCS hundreds of high-priority soldiers with new exemption to stop-movement order

One of my troops is PCSing to Korea in 2 weeks on an exemption to policy; probably not the only one.

Will they require any Soldiers and dependents approved to PCS to first be tested for COVID-19, or does that make too much sense?
