Good RED Friday COL Mikel J. Burroughs and all my RP brothers and sisters.
The American people have a sense of what is fair that surpasses many other nations, imo and it is one of our greatest strengths. I see this as well in many individuals as well; more often in some professions than others. I strive to be fair in my dealings with others and to treat them with dignity and respect as well. I find it circles back and I rarely am treated any other way myself.

I pray that you and I recognize any bias we have and that we each are becoming increasingly fair-minded in word, deed and thought, my friend and sister-in-Christ Lt Col Charlie Brown.
Thank YOU, LORD, for pruning us of sinful prejudice in YOUR perfect order and timing. YOU know the root cause from symptoms. I am grateful that YOU prune each of us from the root :-)
I pray that each one of us recognize the speck in our eyes and that we focus on removing that speck from our own eyes. Give us discernment LORD to treat each one fairly. I pray for wisdom, grace and skill to explain that treating each person fairly in accordance with the fact that each person is unique.
I pray for parents of toddlers and teenagers including twins and triplets. Give parents grace and wisdom to treat their children fairly in accordance with how YOU designed each one as a unique person. Enable parents to have discernment as the children grow and build love between parents and children throughout their lives.
I pray that leaders and managers of people are held accountable for how they treat those they lead and manage. I pray that the led and managed respectfully treat their supervisors. I especially pray for YOUR adopted sons and daughters. I pray that we each are conscious that we are working for YOU. We therefore should do our personal best in whatever we put our hands and mind to do.

What a great theme for RED Friday- truth and fairness. Some of this starts with personal accountability. How can you expect these things from others if you do not demonstrate these qualities yourself? Most of us here have integrity nailed- the truth and fairness portion is always in need of attention.
