Bridge My Return: The Mission
Transitioning from the military to civilian life is a difficult and often misunderstood process. “Supporting the troops” is an oft-repeated phrase in the business world, yet veteran underemployment and job dropout rates remain significant issues. Bridge My Return sat down with a handful of veterans at varying stages of their own transitions into civilian life to discuss their personal challenges, what employers get when they hire a veteran, as well as the responsibility we all have when it comes to supporting those who made the commitment to serve their country.

Lt Col Charlie Brown Fortunately I didn't have to worry about this since I remained single while on active duty. I always believed that being married and being in the military didn't mix very good. It works for some but my guess is that was a relatively low percentage of the time. I saw too many guys with marital problems due to the military.
