Wow SSgt Harvey "Skip" Porter. If this bill is signed by Governor Jerry Brown hopefully the California Highway Patrol [CHP] will be provided with sufficient funds to increase overtime to ensure drunks are interdicted outside the bars before they cause problems.
It seems the bar lobby has influence in California and I expect many attorneys saddle up to the bars :-)

Losing money to Casino's on the Nevada side. Probably best would have been the CalNeva at Lake Tahoe. The bar was in California, the Casino was in Nevada. I put in in past tense because I think it may have gone under.

SSG Edward Tilton Sure you right not to mention all the local Tribe Casino's that have popped up everywhere here throughout the state. Thanks for your comment.
Peace!

The put in one, in California, at the Algodones turn off. That's a Reservation there, right where I-8 crosses into Yuma.
