Thanks SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL for letting us know. I expected the Congressional Veterans Caucus to be a group of congressmen and women who were military veterans.
I have an old friend who is a USMA classmate who is along-standing Congressman from southern Illinois.
To be honest. simply being a military service veteran does not indicate where somebody stands on the issues. After all, when you view the range of viewpoints among military veterans on RallyPoint you recognize that there is no consensus on the issues among veterans.
That is a strength of our nation IMHO.

Awesome site. Also look at HillVets. Non partisan vets who work in various members of congresses staff. They publish job openings with the intent of a vet filling that spot. I'm not pushing them on anyone, but any way we can continue to make a difference, we need to MAKE THAT DIFFERENCE while we can.
