Interestingly, my EDC is a Bulgarian Makarov which I re-barrelled in .380 which is virtually identical in size to the 9X18 and feeds fine. Hmm I wonder if the barrel is as easy to change? I also changed out the grips for hard rubber and the sights for night sights. It's only 8+1, but I carry 2 spare mags with it. A very nice shooting gun.
