Thanks SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL for letting us know that an improvised bomb found Monday in a trash bin near the U.S. Embassy was detonated by police with no casualties.
The fact that this bomb has the same apparent design as one used by local sympathizers of the Islamic State group in a Sept. 2 bomb attack that killed 15 people in southern Davao city, may indicate that ISIS sympathizers and/or Abu Sayyaf are responsible.

LTC Stephen F. I second what you say. Had a friend in General Santos City, who had friends who died in an attack. She intimated that she was pissed, because how they reached out to the Muslim Culture and remember that a good portion are good people.

I still haven't forgotten the Attempt on My and a Shipmate on this Forums life with the 1986 bombing. To those that were part of it F U we're still alive, sucking air and taking nourishment. I'm a Grandfather with 5 Grandchildren. KMA!
