No but they are working on the next-gen model up-armored and up-gunned..This is just a foot in the door.

I am glad to learn that the USMC infantry units will receive all 144 Polaris MRZR-D all-terrain vehicles by April 2017 SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL. So often in the past I have seen announcements of success when the contract was let instead of waiting until the final produce was being delivered.
Hopefully this is indications of a new way of notifications of success - however I expect it won't be.
GRUNT [ground replacement usually not trained] is not a flattering term to many infantrymen. That being said, I hope the four-seat all-terrain vehicle that marine infantrymen will be issued early next year will meet their requirements for hauling and transportation of wounded personnel.
