That is an understatement IMHO SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL for Army Col. Jeffery Nance to state "Sgt. Bergdahl is not responsible for a never-ending chain of events ... But he is responsible for a certain amount of that chain of events." Hopefully Bergdahl will be held accountable for his actions and judged accordingly.

How about all the responsibility...
the Search teams would not have been deployed to look for his sorry butt if he had stayed where he belonged... and the 8 Folks would still be alive...

I also have major problem with that promotion to Sergeant. That never should have happened esp as He ended up where He was be walking off His post in a combat zone which in and of itself is a very serious Violation. To return as a Deserter and be promoted ? Up until now I've never heard of that being done except to legitimate POW'S that were captured while they were actually doing their jobs.
