Mom Learns Frat Guys Can See Into Daughter’s Room, Then Notices A Message For Her On The Roof

Lexi Brown was 12 years old when her story touched the hearts of millions around the world. Lexi had fibroblastic sarcoma, a cancer of the connective tissue.

The brave little girl had been receiving treatment at Mattel Children’s Hospital UCLA in California. It just so happened that her hospital room overlooked one of the large frat houses on UCLA’s fraternity row. One day, Lexi and her mom Lisa were goofing around and stuck a sign in the window asking for someone to bring them pizza.

They didn’t expect members of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon house to actually show up with a pie in hand, along with flowers and instruments. Lisa couldn’t believe it when the group of young men sat down with Lexi to play her some music.

Lexi formed a close bond with the SAE fraternity. Not only did they continue to visit her on a regular basis, they also arranged for her to meet the UCLA football team and other people who were just as excited to meet Lexi as she was them.

Then one night, Lexi and her parents looked out the hospital window and made a stunning discovery across the street. The frat brothers had been working on a very special project, but it could only be seen at night. Watch the video below to see this unbelievable show of kindness and compassion.

In 2016, Lexi passed away. Her father Jon told People, “We would like people to know that Lexi passed away comfortably, on her own terms. She passed away knowing how very loved she was.”
