Opinion: Why overturning Roe v. Wade would be a disaster for conservatives

A whole lot of "What ifs" based on a poll the reader is not given access to, and I suspect is highly skewed in its presentation. How you ask a question says a lot about the answers you get back.
Additionally, when the author says things like: This much is clear.... if X happens.... Y could be next. Well, gosh, thanks for clearing that up.
This much is clear: Anyone who reads this opinion COULD be audited on their taxes at any time.
Mine has as much validity as Jill's (the author).
Additionally, no major Republican or conservative argument - let alone the PRIMARY argument - about Roe hinges on the right (or lack thereof) to sexual privacy. What a horrendously bad red herring.
Poorly thought out. Poorly structured. Poorly argued. I give it a D+ with the option of correcting and re-submitting.

Plan and simple response.
Overturning Roe v Wade means all previous decisions by the SCOTUS can be overturned like Heller as soon as their are 5 anti gun Judges on the court.

Additionally, things like Heller will be harder to overturn because RKBA is specifically enumerated in the Constitution. I believe strongly in the 9th Amendment, so I do not think just because abortion is 't named it isn't covered. But the argument against abortion is a LOT easier to make than the argument against gun rights.
The principle of Stare Decisis holds. Stare Decisis is NOT stasis. There has to be justification to overturn a previous decision. One must prove that the previous decision was not just unpopular, but WRONG.
Brown v. Board met that bar in the case of overturning Plessy. I think, based on what I listened to yesterday, that Dobbs has a decent shot at meeting that bar, as well.
If you had listened to the arguments (or read them) you would see that this was addressed - AT LENGTH - by both justices and counselors.
