TSgt Joe C.: That just makes me want to cry forever. GOD bless you: World War II Veteran. You, Sir, deserve Heavenly peace; and GOD'S infinite Love infinitely.

That is very sad news indeed TSgt Joe C. that: former licensed practical nurse Loyce Pickquet Agyeman; nursing supervisor Wanda Nuckles; and nursing assistant, Mable Turman each criminally ignored the pleases of 89-year-old World War II veteran James Dempsey and he died as result of their criminal negligence.
Thankfully, Loyce Pickquet Agyeman has been charged with felony murder and neglect to an elder person.
Hopefully each one of these nursing staff personnel will be tried, found guilty, sentenced to maximum prison times and forbidden from ever working in health care.

PO3 Steven Sherrill
LTC Stephen F. my wife is a nurse. She did fifteen years of Labor and delivery before her knees just couldn't handle it anymore. Now she works on the electronic documentation systems that hospitals use. She would come home exhausted most days. She also would come home usually an hour to three hours after her twelve hour shift was supposed to end. I say this because this horrible incident reflects so negatively on those who I have seen working to the extreme to ensure that patients receive a high quality of care. This incident is unconscionable, and I agree that they should all be charged.
