7000/870,000 is 0.8% of the number of denied claims SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL.
Why would Wisconsin be focused on for such a small percentage of denied claims. After scanning through the total article it casts a much wider net including a collection per saddened by the number of veterans she has to go after to get bill paid.
It is sad that a nation which passed the Affordable Care Act has let so many fall through the cracks including so many veterans.

'who's going to pay the bill?'”...WRONG ANSWER. I know money is tight and folks are being hit hard from all sides, but you're looking at money, where your wife is looking at her husband. She was there for you, be there for her.
