That is great news SSG(P) (Join to see) that Raul Castro has peacefully relinquished power in handing over the Cuba presidency to former 1st Vice President Miguel Diaz-Canel after the legislature gave its stamp of approval.

LTC (Join to see) - I expect incremental change in Cuba which may well take a generation to bear fruition in normalized relations with much of the world. Once they back away from communisms that will be a major victory for the people of Cuba.
