Thank you, my friend PO1 (Join to see) for posting the smooth-jazz music-video of Russ Freeman performing East River Drive.
I remember East River Drive in New York City which called Franklin D. Roosevelt Drive. Less than 10 miles long, it can be peaceful but nearly as much as route 9 W on the other side north of the city.
