He is not a politician, and that is wonderful. that also means that he will make some mistakes. the ban is a great idea, but the implementation is a bit off.

V R the so called experts have been miserable failures in many cases. I like where Trump is going with his picks, he is choosing people who have long successful track records. Coming from federral law enforcement I can tell you with 100% accuracy that some of our supposed experts were just political hacks who had no freakin idea what they were doing

V R Really, that is what you see? You cant seem to identify the difference between successful experience and drawing a paycheck for failure.
Lets start with John Kerry. the boob who negotiated possibly the worst deal in US history, the one were we gave the #1 state sponsor of terrorism the right to enrich uranium, and a big pile of cash, VS Tillerson, who has successfully negotiated trade deals all over the globe, deals that worked for the benefit of his company, all of the employees, and the US as a nation.
Next Perry, who ran one of the biggest economic drivers in the US, the state of TX, vs a scientist who hadnt run a real company, or much of anything else. Chu only had academic credentials, no record of success before appointment and energy was a disaster under him. During his time America became more dependent on foreign energy, which is exactly the opposite of the mission of the dept of energy. Not entireley his fault, it was obama who guided money to all of the failed green energy and killed off the coal industry, while hampering nuclear, and slowing natural gas down, while offering exactly no alternatives.
Castro v Carson - slight edge to Castro, he did run something, but Carson has lived in gov housing and risen from it, no small accomplishment, I suspect he will eclipse Castro, who mostly oversaw the expansion of services do too the economic failures of his boss. The massive increase in food stamps was not his doing, or anything he could fix.
Devos v king - DeVos comes from a super successful family, with 2 billionaires and a brother who founded Blackwater, that alone is a wow. Let's start with King though. He worked as a paycheck employee in a dept that is a complete national embarrassment. America spends more per pupil than any nation on earth and we are not in the top 20 in results. The Dept of Ed needs to be shut down and I suspect that is what DeVos was hired to do. The history of Ed in this country is sad, we used to teach latin and Greek in grade school, now we teach remedial English in college. That is pathetic, and largely the fault of the Washington bureaucracy. Top down planning fails in every economy, it also fails in education. Giving less money to the states and eliminatinng the extra paychecks in DC will help kids a lot.
Mattis is the perfect pick, Kelly is a huge upgrade, but he will need to learn on the job. The incompetence of DHS under obama is staggering. It is amazing that we havent lost a city yet. The number of known terrorist in America is amazing.
Sessions is a great prosecutor and that is what the job demands. He is replacing two people who ignored the law for political favor and lead directly to America rising in the list of most corrupt nations that came out this month.
You final assertions betray you. You don't understand what business. You statement that "Unfortunately, private enterprise is there for the profit margin, not the people" shows your ignorance on the subject. Do you know what a profit is? A profit is realized when you add value to something. Microsoft adds value to nearly every computer on earth, for that they realize a massive profit. The same can be said of Apple with phones, or even levis with jeans. Name a product that people buy and you will find a profit, that profit exists because someone made something better for someone. The proof of this is that people will exchange value (money) for things that they see as having greater value (goods). So the people who are the best at adding value in a competitive market are the people who make the most money. They are not villains and to see them as suck is idiocy. By contrast the only way for gov people to make money for themselves is through graft and corruption, as they produce nothing. All the gov does is to take money from people who have created it through their effort and place it in areas where value was not added. what school allowed you to graduate without this knowledge?

Why do people feel the need to down-vote an opinion just because it doesn't align with theirs. There are other ways of showing that you disagree. You know......like articulating a counter-argument based on facts.
